With your teambuilding event, you are also getting experienced staff who will lead your custom event and who will work hard to ensure that everyone has a great time!
Event FAQs
The best way to book an event is to go online and request a date and time – the event coordinator will contact you within 24 hours.
Note: if you don’t receive a response within 24 hours, check your SPAM folder and if still no response, submit another request or call the facility and they will contact the event coordinator for you. The Facility will not be able to take a booking for you but they will ensure that your information gets to the event coordinator promptly.

REQUEST A DATE
Currently we schedule events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We can schedule on the hour or half hour.
That depends on you! Let us know what you need.
The deposit is $100 and is nonrefundable. If you need to change the date or time, we can reschedule. It is subject to availability and the deposit will be credited but a minimum of 72 hours is required. If there is an emergency such as weather related or illness, we will reschedule your event and apply the deposit.
We develop custom packages to meet your needs. We can accommodate up to 100.
Yes! All participants must have a waiver on file. You must fill out the waiver online at least 24 hours before your event.
Yes! Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring food and drinks so that we can build that into your event schedule.
Guests can arrive 15-20 minutes in advance for check-in.
It can be! That will depend on the package you and the event coordinator create.
